Common Questions

Fleet Program FAQ

Straight answers about how the program works.

Not always. For standard cargo vans under 10,000 lbs GVWR, a regular driver's license with a clean record may be sufficient. For larger sprinters or box trucks, a CDL Class B or C is required. When you apply, just tell us your vehicle type and we'll confirm the licensing requirements for your situation.
Owner-operators receive a per-mile rate that varies based on lane, load type, and vehicle. Fuel surcharges are factored in separately and adjust with market rates. Accessorials — including detention, layover, and driver-assist — are paid on top of the base rate. Specific rates are discussed during the onboarding call after your application is reviewed.
We specialize in expedited time-sensitive freight — no hazmat, no oversized loads, no livestock. Think documents, medical supplies, auto parts, electronics, and light commercial goods. We also handle government and federal agency shipments through our CAGE Code 0CGQ1 authorization. All freight fits within a standard cargo van footprint.
Yes — as an owner-operator you have flexibility. We work with your availability and preferred lanes. The more consistent you are (same lanes, reliable schedule), the more consistently we can load you. If you're available for local Greater Washington and Baltimore runs only, great. If you want OTR loads, we have those too. You set your parameters and dispatch works within them.
Fast. Submit your application using the form above and we'll respond within 1 business day. If it looks like a fit, we schedule a quick call to discuss rates, lanes, and onboarding. Once paperwork is complete and insurance is verified, most drivers are active on the board within a week.
